Longfin Peppered Corydora

A peaceful schooling catfish with classic peppered markings and elegant extended fins

The Longfin Peppered Corydora is a selectively bred form of the popular Peppered Cory, featuring the same mottled grey and black patterning with noticeably longer, more flowing fins. Its combination of active bottom-dwelling behaviour and graceful finnage makes it a distinctive addition to planted and community aquariums.

Like other Corydoras, Longfin Peppered Corys are highly social and should be kept in groups. They do best over soft sand or smooth fine gravel, where they can forage without damaging their barbels, and appreciate shaded areas, plants, and open floor space. Their peaceful nature makes them well suited to a wide range of calm community fish.
