Black Line Percula Clownfish
The Black Line Percula Clownfish is a striking variation of the classic Percula Clownfish, combining bright orange and crisp white bands with pronounced black edging that can become more defined as the fish matures.
Compact, colourful and full of personality, this is an excellent choice for reef aquariums and established fish-only marine systems. Like other Percula Clownfish, they are generally hardy once settled and make an ideal feature fish for both newer and experienced marine fishkeepers.

Aquarium Care
Black Line Percula Clownfish can be kept individually or as a compatible pair. They may become territorial around a preferred section of rockwork, particularly once a pair becomes established.
A host anemone is not required for a healthy clownfish. They will happily live in a reef aquarium with suitable rockwork and sheltered areas even without an anemone present.
Feeding
Feed a varied diet consisting of high-quality marine foods such as:
- Marine pellets
- Quality flakes
- Frozen mysis shrimp
- Enriched brine shrimp
- Finely chopped marine foods
Offering a varied diet helps maintain strong condition, vibrant colour and healthy growth.
One of the most attractive features of this variety is its developing black pattern. The amount and intensity of the dark colouration can vary between individuals and may continue changing as the fish matures, meaning every Black Line Percula Clownfish can develop its own distinctive appearance.
A brilliant choice for anyone looking for the recognisable personality of a Percula Clownfish with a darker and more dramatic colour pattern.
